The special interest group on Phenomenology and Existentialism in Education invites papers to be submitted for a panel at the Annual Conference of the Philosophy of Education Society (PES), March 17-21 2016 in Toronto (Ontario, Canada).
Proposals are invited for contributions to a PESGB-funded seminar series entitled 'Towards a Transitionalist Critique of Education' to be held at the University of Roehampton, London, UK, on 14th and 15th March 2016. The deadline for proposals is 31st October 2015.
This year's PESGB Gregynog Conference marks the Society's 50th anniversary by celebrating the historic connections between the event and the tradition of 'Swansea Wittgensteinianism'. Entitled 'Orientations Towards Wittgenstein', this year’s programme offers various perspectives on and applications of the work of Wittgenstein.
Abstracts are invited for the sixth New Research in Philosophy of Education seminar, which aims to promote the work of early career researchers in the field. The event will be held at the University of Sheffield from 2nd to 4th October 2015, and abstracts and expressions of interest should be submitted by 31st May. Full details here.
