The Philosophy of Education Society of Great Britain is a registered charity (Registered CIO Number 287214). The Society’s affairs and activities are managed by a Board of Trustees.
According to the Constitution the Purpose of the Society is:
(a) To promote for the public benefit the advancement and teaching of philosophy of education, including by:
(i) arranging and providing for meetings and conferences on subjects of general and special interest to philosophy of education, and
(ii) providing for the publication of the Journal of Philosophy of Education.
