The Society is a membership organisation, which means that important decisions are made by members at an Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is normally held once a year at the Society’s Annual Conference. At the AGM, members receive the annual statement of accounts and approve the Society’s auditors. They elect Trustees to vacancies on the Board and receive reports on activities over the past year.
