David Civil, University of Birmingham

David Civil is a Research Fellow in the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues at the University of Birmingham. He recently completed an AHRC-funded PhD at the University of Nottingham entitled Meritocracy: A Post-War Conceptual History.
